Rings are great for Cupcake Decorations or put in Favor Bags. You will receive not receive an equal number of each design.

Wicked Mylar Balloons are made by Anagram Int.

Balloons come flat and can be inflated with helium or air.

Many party stores, dollar stores, grocery stores, flower shops, etc will fill the balloons with helium for a small fee.
