Dragon Balloons

Dragon Balloons include:
--Two 18" Dragon Mylar Balloons
--Six 11" Latex Balloons (Two of each color- Orange, Lime Green & Yellow)
--comes with Curling ribbon to attach when inflated with helium

Balloons come flat and can be inflated with helium or air.

Many party stores, dollar stores, grocery stores, flower shops, etc will fill the balloons with helium for a small fee.
